There are used to pay all common costs are distributed amongst all co-owners as the per their share which is established in the declaration of co-ownership. These fees are payable on a monthly basis either by cheque or by pre-authorized debit payment. The fees are calculated annually based on the budget which is deposited at the general annual meeting.
